The role involves taking inbound scheduled sales calls from prospects who have attended webinars and maximizing revenue through a proven sales process. Responsibilities Represent Scaling Webinars with professionalism and a positive attitude on every prospect interaction Conduct virtual sales calls via zoom with inbound leads generated from weekly webinars and marketing campaigns Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming training materials and staying up to date on client offers Participate in team training sessions and sales coaching to continuously sharpen your closing skills Manage your sales pipeline, including lead follow-up, appointment setting, and tracking opportunities through the CRM Complete administrative tasks including updating CRM records, call notes, and sales activity reporting Engage in discovery dialogue to identify prospect pain points, goals, and buying motives Deliver persuasive sales presentations that speak to core desires and highlight the transformative value of our clients' programs Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless sales process and contribute to a high performance culture Skills 1 year minimum of previous experience in high ticket sales or consultative sales process, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue Ability to manage your own schedule Work full time 40H/Week Baseline Have some kind of sales training taken within the remote sales space You thrive in Competitive environments You perform best in a performance based environment You're able to bring great energy to the teams you will work with You're able to manage your time well You have great experience selling over zoom & the phone Benefits Fully location independent (remote position) Set your own hours, manage your own calendar Competitive commission structure with performance bonuses World class sales training & weekly team coaching High performance culture (A players only) Company Overview It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
