Influx is a LinkedIn content agency that helps B2B service providers build their personal brands and generate qualified leads through done-for-you LinkedIn content. They are seeking commission-only Sales Representatives to generate new business by selling their flagship 'Content Engine' offer, which provides 90 days of LinkedIn content. Responsibilities Generate leads via Outbound Prospecting (we teach you how) Book sales calls with qualified prospects Run discovery calls to understand client needs Present the Content Engine offer and close deals Manage your sales pipeline through our tracking database Meet or exceed weekly sales targets Skills Must be based in the US or UK Must be able to work full-time Must be ready to start within 1 week of receiving an offer No prior sales experience is required Hungry: You are motivated by money and have a strong desire to succeed Driven: You are a self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding Coachable: You are willing to follow our proven system and take feedback Resilient: You can handle rejection and stay positive A Strong Communicator: You have excellent written and spoken English Benefits Full Training Academy: Video training on prospecting, outreach, and closing.
