Together Money is seeking a talented Remote Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's risk management framework and compliance policies. • Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance reviews, identifying potential gaps and recommending mitigation strategies. • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA, PRA) and assess their impact on the business, ensuring timely updates to policies and procedures. • Assist in the preparation of detailed compliance reports, risk dashboards, and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies. • Provide advice and guidance to business units on risk and compliance matters, fostering a strong risk awareness culture. • Investigate compliance breaches and operational incidents, coordinating corrective actions and follow-up reviews. • Develop and deliver training sessions to staff on key risk and compliance topics. • Maintain accurate and organised records of all risk and compliance activities and documentation. Required Skills • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a risk, compliance, or regulatory role within financial services. • Strong understanding of UK financial services regulations (FCA handbook, GDPR, AML, etc.). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICA Certificate/Diploma in Compliance or Risk Management, CRISC, FRM). • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software or tools. • A degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
