[Remote] Sales Cloud Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Recruiterthon LLC is seeking a Sales Cloud Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves collaborating with product managers and architects to create scalable and maintainable solutions while ensuring alignment with security best practices. Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies • Perform complex customizations and configurations within Salesforce • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner • Ensure solutions are aligned with security best practices and data governance policies • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards • Develop and maintain technical documentation Skills • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer • Proven expertise in Salesforce development, including: • Strong proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Asynchronous Apex, Test Classes) • Solid experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components • Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security models • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns • Good CPQ knowledge, including product configurations, pricing strategies, discounting, approvals, quote templates, and contract lifecycle management • Experience with Logik.io or other advanced configuration engines for complex product and pricing configurations is a strong plus • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Remote but Bay Area preferred Company Overview • An Organisation is only as good as its people.
