They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Netsmartz, a leading IT services provider, to drive growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities and nurturing leads. Responsibilities Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential customers and target accounts within the software services industry in the North American Market Outbound Outreach: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking to engage with prospects and generate interest in our services Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they align with our target customer profile Schedule Meetings: Set up meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff of information CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system, knowledge of Dynamics CRM will be a plus Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies and messaging Follow-Up: Persistently follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the lead generation funnel Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management Skills Experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the software services or technology industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving targets Ability to quickly learn and understand software services and solutions Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and improve lead generation processes Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Knowledge of Dynamics CRM will be a plus Company Overview Are you dreaming of your ideal tech career?
