[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Jurny is hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline by booking meetings with decision makers at vacation rental management companies and boutique hotels. The role involves prospecting, executing outbound activities, and collaborating with the team to improve conversion. Responsibilities Prospect into targeted accounts and personas (multi-channel: phone, email, LinkedIn, owl) Execute daily outbound activity with consistent follow-up and prioritization Research accounts quickly and personalize when it matters Run qualification conversations and book meetings with the right buyers Handle common objections and still move toward a next step Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, stages, and next steps (non-negotiable) Collaborate with the team on messaging, targeting, and feedback loops to improve conversion Skills Proven ability to drive outbound results (SDR/BDR experience preferred, but not required if you can demonstrate skill) Comfortable being on the phone daily and asking directly for the meeting Strong communication (clear, concise, professional) Coachable: you implement feedback quickly and improve week over week Organized follow-up habits and comfort living inside a CRM Competitive, resilient, and consistent under pressure Experience selling B2B SaaS Familiarity with hospitality, vacation rentals, or property management software Experience using tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Instantly, etc Company Overview Jurny is a property management solution that utilizes AI technology to streamline operations for hotels and short-term rental hosts.
