Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities across diverse industries Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and present customized solutions Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing contracts Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals and ensure smooth client onboarding Stay sharp on industry trends and market insights to uncover new opportunities Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals while contributing to company growth Skills Proven success in outside B2B sales (service or solutions-based preferred) Strong hunter mindset with consultative selling skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Skilled at building networks and leveraging relationships Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Benefits Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance Enrollment in our company’s retirement plan Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days Annual two weeks accrued vacation (rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
