Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cartiga° is a rapidly growing company looking for a motivated Salesforce Advanced Administrator. The role involves automating complex business processes on the Salesforce platform, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the system's integrity and functionality through various administrative tasks. Responsibilities • Work closely with Salesforce CRM Manager and Business Analysts to identify and gather requirements for change requests, interpret business needs and align to capabilities which will lead to best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience. • Follow the company prioritization and collaboration rules to create a development roadmap for each assignment. • Assist with all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules, etc. • Work directly with internal and external IT resources to resolve complex technical issues. • Work directly with internal and external IT resources to evaluate, plan, and coordinate Salesforce seasonal releases. • Partake in monitoring production jobs, triggers, flows, and other processes to ensure proper system function and performance. • Maintain data quality and integrity. • Perform proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer. • Provide mentorship and training to the less experienced in-house Salesforce Administrators. • Coordinate the evaluation and exploration of new app exchange app and functions. • Assist with/run requirements sessions with the key business users, Business Operations, consultants, depending on the size and complexity of the project. • Work independently to self-train, take classes, and attend conferences to reach developmental goals, certification, badges, etc. • Providing long-vision roadmaps for the future capabilities of Salesforce for a growing organization. • Serving as the Lead Designer/Administrator for all things Salesforce. • Training others on the customization and capabilities of the Salesforce platform. • Gathering requirements and maintaining a continuous improvement mentality for the technical delivery process. • Handle ongoing customization/alteration to processes that impact our Salesforce org, and related business systems (Dynamics, DocuSign, Custom Portal) • Maintain, enhance, and create Salesforce workflows, flows, process builders, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and other configurations. • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products. • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules • Build and deliver business systems solutions to stakeholders. • Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives. • Creating and maintaining technical documentation • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. • Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. • Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform. • Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery. • Performing all database maintenance tasks. • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables. Skills • Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems. • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience. • Employment history that clearly demonstrates the skill requirements above are met. References are required. • A history of successfully driving tasks and projects to completion. • A demonstrated ability to understand complex business models. • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification and Salesforce Platform App Builder certification • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration. • Ability to quickly and proficiently analyze current Salesforce processes to see the big picture when troubleshooting, working on change requests, or implementing enhancements. • Ability to design scalable, best practice solutions. • Highly familiar with all setup items in a typical Lightning Salesforce org including security. • Highly experienced with Flows. • Experience with both Sales and Community environments. • Experience with DocuSign. • Highly experienced with data management including imports and reporting. • Experience with change set deployments, release management, and maintaining sandbox environments. • Excellent relationship-building skills. • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in the organization. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Experience in change management and governance. • Ability to train end users and key stakeholders. • Ability to produce high quality technical documentation. • Ability to multitask.
