Remote Salesforce Architect Role

In this key role, you will be instrumental in designing and optimizing the Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the business needs of the organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with strategic goals. Your expertise will guide the implementation of best practices in solution design and data architecture. Responsibilities • Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that align with best practices. • Oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including integrations with external systems and custom development. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce administrators and project teams. • Establish and enforce Salesforce platform governance and integration strategies. • Evaluate and recommend Salesforce AppExchange solutions to enhance platform functionality. • Develop and maintain architectural documentation and design standards. • Stay current with new Salesforce features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system optimization. • Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with regulatory and security requirements. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and system integration. • Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, configuration, and development (Apex, Visualforce, etc.). • Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions. • Strong background with integration tools and APIs (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities. Nice-to-haves • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred. • Experience with DevOps processes and CI/CD in a Salesforce environment is a plus. • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
