[Remote] Salesforce Developer (Must have an exp of OmniStudio and Public Sector Solutions)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sharp Decisions is seeking a Salesforce Developer with expertise in OmniStudio and Public Sector Solutions. The role involves designing and developing customized Salesforce solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with public sector security requirements. Responsibilities • Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Salesforce PSS and OmniStudio tools • Build and configure FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Vlocity Data Model • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform-specific code • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical architects to translate requirements into scalable solutions • Integrate Salesforce with third-party APIs and legacy systems • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and comply with public sector security and compliance requirements • Provide support and enhancements for existing Salesforce applications Skills • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and public sector data models/processes • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment • Proficient in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs • Experience with Salesforce configuration (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules) • Familiarity with Salesforce security model and sharing rules • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs) • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Public Sector Solutions (PSS) MUST HAVE ON RESUME • OmniStudio (MUST HAVE ON RESUME) • Lead/Management Experience (MUST HAVE ON RESUME) Company Overview • Sharp Decisions is a staffing and recruiting company that offers technology and business staffing solutions.
