Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Synergent Tech Solutions is seeking an SAP PCS Lead to support their A&D clients, focusing on discrete manufacturing. The role involves managing requirements, configuration, documentation, and ensuring effective integration with PLM and MES systems. Responsibilities • Mandate- A&D and PCS experience, Discrete Manufacturing in A&D is mandate • MBoM, Routing and Shop Floor Execution’s SAP Best Practice • Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire. • Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck) • Requirements Management • Configuration and Documentation • Key Decision Documentation • Process Flows • Authorization and Security • Test planning (Standard and Custom objects) • Change Management • Reporting • S/4 Experience • A&D Experience (for offshore this preferred not a must) • Parameter Effectivity (integration to PLM and MES) • Classification, MRP, Scheduling and Costing views of the Material Masters • Work Centers, BoMs and Routings – Revision & ECM • Production Order Lifecycle (Creation to Confirmation to Goods Receipt) incl.
