We’re seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant who will provide advanced clerical and administrative support to leaders within the assigned area(s). In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner, ensuring operations run smoothly, projects are well-coordinated, and leaders are supported in achieving organizational priorities. You’ll have the opportunity to use your organizational expertise, communication skills, and attention to detail to make an impact every day. In this role you will support the Pacific Area VP. Applicants must be in available to work 8-5 PST, M-F. The hiring range will vary depending on geographic location, current job grade and years of experience. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, You Will Manage calendars, coordinate travel, reconcile expenses, and support leaders with complex scheduling needs. Prepare reports, statistical spreadsheets, and assist with special projects requiring advanced administrative support. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including setup, audiovisual needs, and expense tracking. Partner with other administrative staff to ensure deliverables are met, while providing back-up support as needed. Draft routine, non-routine, and highly confidential communications with accuracy and discretion. Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy), handle mail distribution, and oversee supply management. Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. Provide flexible support for evolving business priorities. Requirements Knowledge/Education High school graduate or GED required. Associate’s degree preferred. Thorough working knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment required. Licenses/ Certifications Experience Five years related experience required. (Previous Admin Assistant, receptionist, office manager) Skills/Abilities Required Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Must be highly organized and detail oriented; accurate and timely. Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient in office filing system.
