[Remote] Senior Analyst, Procurement Applications Americas

As a Senior Analyst in Procurement Applications, you will support the BirchStreet and ReactorNet P2P systems, ensuring system improvements and compliance initiatives while providing training and support to internal customers in the Americas. Responsibilities • Lead and engage in the deployment, training and support of BirchStreet and ReactorNet P2P applications in the Americas • Provide expertise to ensure processes are in place to identify requirements and handle content data as related to suppliers, classifications, taxonomy schema, business attributes, tax type identification and setup within the BirchStreet and ReactorNet P2P applications • Lead provision of Level 1 support to internal customers in Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region on Hilton's back-office system inclusive of problem detection, determination, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation • Participate in the continued planning, improvement, and development of BirchStreet and ReactorNet P2P applications to enhance usage, cost-savings, spend compliance, data management, and integration • Create, analyze, and summarize ad-hoc reports requested by users/leadership • Implementation and support of the P2P system in the CALA, including training and issue resolution. Conduct system audits for compliance • Conduct user training, develop training material and identify training needs.
