Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. itD is a consulting and software development company seeking a Senior Content Strategist / Content Designer to shape and deliver high-impact product content experiences within complex, data-driven advertising products. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to craft user-centered content that optimizes advertising campaigns and business outcomes. Responsibilities • Plan, write, edit, test, and refine product content across complex advertising and business products, including UI copy, product naming, navigation, and in-product education • Lead content design efforts within cross-functional teams, collaborating with designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, and product marketers • Develop content that supports advertiser success by clarifying complex concepts, workflows, and data-driven experiences • Apply, maintain, and help evolve content standards, voice, and tone to ensure consistency across product surfaces • Participate in design sprints, workshops, and reviews, presenting work and articulating clear rationale for content decisions • Collaborate with UX research efforts, incorporating insights from testing, dogfooding, and feedback loops to improve content quality • Share work regularly, provide constructive feedback to peers, and contribute to a culture of open critique and continuous improvement • Support dynamic project needs, including flexibility to work extended schedules during key launches, news cycles, or cultural events, including occasional weekends • Attend regular internal practice community meetings • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership • Complete client case studies and learning materials (blogs, media material) • Build out materials to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual) • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities Skills • 8–10 years of experience in content design, content strategy, or UX writing for digital products • Proven experience creating content for complex product UIs, dashboards, or enterprise-scale platforms • Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing and content design work (portfolio required with submission) • Advanced proficiency using design collaboration tools, with Figma required • Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and drive alignment across teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree required • Experience working within advertising platforms or ad-tech products • Background supporting large, data-driven or enterprise software products • Experience collaborating in large technology organizations • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to support content workflows and ideation • Comfort learning and adapting to internal tools and systems • Experience contributing to digital products that drive measurable business results Benefits • Comprehensive medical benefits • 401k plan • Paid holidays • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Networking & career learning and development programs Company Overview • itD is a different kind of technology and software development consultancy that puts client needs at the center of what we do.
