Conspicuous is an established ERP consulting team seeking a Senior Sage X3 Consultant specializing in Finance to lead financial workstreams on mid-to-large Sage X3 implementations. The role involves leading finance module discovery, solution design, and training, while also acting as a functional lead and coaching team members. Responsibilities • Lead finance module discovery, solution design, and requirements workshops • Own configuration, training, testing, and go-live for finance workstreams • Act as the functional lead, resolving process/functional questions and risks • Partner closely with PMs/architects and proactively communicate status/issues • Coach team members and help uphold delivery methodology and best practice Skills • 5+ years Sage X3 implementation experience • Strong finance background (end-to-end processes and integration points) • Confident stakeholder management and 'trusted advisor' approach • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills • Sage X3 Financial certification (or willing to obtain) • Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder Company Overview • Conspicuous is a staffing agency that offers a complete dynamics 365 recruitment and consulting services.
