They are seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Sales Executive to drive sales through high-level partnerships with large enterprises, engaging with C-suite executives to identify and close new business opportunities. Responsibilities • Identify and Prospect Strategic Partners: Identify, prospect, and engage high-value, enterprise-level organizations to create long-term partnerships and opportunities for collaboration • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers (C-suite, VP-level, etc.) within target organizations, in addition to internal Doordash Executives to support business initiatives and long term team growth • Develop Tailored Solutions: Understand the unique needs of enterprise clients and tailor strategic solutions that align with their business objectives and challenges • Close Complex Deals: Lead the sales process from initial outreach through to negotiation and closure. Confidently prepare for and execute regular Client business reviews • Drive Account Expansion: Identify opportunities within key accounts to unlock incremental revenue opportunities through expanding relationships across regions and stakeholders • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, legal) to drive alignment on customer needs and partnership proposals • Develop Partnership Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to design go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and business development initiatives • Manage Sales Pipeline: Maintain accurate forecasts, sales activity, and pipeline management using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay on top of market trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales quotas and KPIs for enterprise partnerships Skills • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling technology solutions to large enterprises • Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with an ability to sell at multiple levels within an organization • Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue and growth • In-depth understanding of the [insert relevant industry, e.g., SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, etc.] and its challenges, with the ability to position solutions that address client pain points • Strong negotiation skills, with experience closing multi-million dollar deals and navigating contract terms and conditions • Ability to develop long-term, trust-based relationships with senior executives and maintain a client-first approach • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders • Expertise in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for pipeline management and reporting • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Benefits • 401(k) plan with employer matching • 16 weeks of paid parental leave • Wellness benefits • Commuter benefits match • Paid time off • Paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 11 paid holidays • Disability and basic life insurance • Family-forming assistance • Mental health program Company Overview • DoorDash is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local and national businesses.
