[Remote] Software Engineer - Developer Productivity

As a Software Engineer in the Developer Platform organization, you will develop tools and frameworks to enhance developer productivity and ensure high-quality product delivery. Responsibilities Contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex engineering problems in the area of Developer productivity apps and Developer workflows Work collaboratively to design, implement and evolve high quality automation frameworks for functional and non-functional testing and design of visualization and reporting dashboards for monitoring and enabling data based decisions Develop tools or implement features in existing tools for shortening the development cycle Work with team members on detailed and constructive design and code reviews Collaborate with the broader engineering team on design or architectural decisions Be a role model for showcasing best practices, processes and culture to help Engineering teams improve their productivity Skills BS or MS in Computer science or related field with up to 2 years of relevant work experience Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design Solid programming skills in one or more programming languages (Python preferred) Working knowledge of virtualization, Container technologies, Storage / database / network and distributed systems Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including quickly getting up to speed with new technologies Experience building AI agents and applications/workflows using LLMs with concepts like RAG is preferred Developer productivity tools development Building, maintaining and supporting infrastructure Experience with Google Cloud Platform/AWS/Azure or other public cloud technologies Benefits Bonus potential Equity Benefits Company Overview Rubrik is a data security platform that delivers cyber resilience, cyber posture, and cyber recovery solutions.
