The role involves conducting innovative pilot projects, developing data strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance quality performance through digital solutions. Responsibilities Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global teams to identify opportunities for digital solutions Developing and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate Creating data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Utilizing Power Query to extract, transform, and load data from various sources Supporting the development of the NA Quality Data Model structure within the larger Global Quality Model structure in Power BI to support data analysis and decision-making Ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders Leveraging your expertise in MS Office applications to develop tools, training, and resources that enhance the team's digital capabilities and overall productivity Supporting the broader Mondelēz International Quality Digital and Data Agenda Managing and compiling global KPI and metric reporting for the Quality function, ensuring the timely delivery of key reports and data transfer, including annual target setting Supporting the integration of Quality data in the enterprise reporting systems and ensuring the accuracy of quality data reported throughout the business, as well as being part of the team ensuring governance of the data meets MDLZ requirements Supporting Business Unit (BU) and Plant teams with data analysis expertise to drive continuous improvement and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives across the MDLZ Supply Chain Providing analysis and insights that drive action to improve Quality for the Consumer and deliver insights that support growth Skills High degree computer literacy in MS office applications (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query and Excel) is a Must Strong analytical skills working with large datasets Desire to learn new computer skills and systems Ability to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to execute the digital agenda Self-motivation, enthusiastic and quick to learn Organization skills that allow for working on multiple activities concurrently An accountable, honest, hardworking work ethic Attention to detail and an ability to follow verbal and written instructions Good written and verbal communication skills Working well individually or as a member of a team A desire to challenge the status quo with data driven insights.
