[Remote] Specialist, Paid Media Strategy

The Specialist, Paid Media Strategy will manage client initiatives, develop strategies, and ensure client success within the Paid Media team, focusing on both search and social channels. Responsibilities Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy to align with business goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen & Ecommerce) Own channel measurement: tracking, monitoring, and analyzing performance against critical metrics Coordinate with Data, Analytics, and Insights, Creative, & Client Services teams Provide account changes and optimizations to the Account Manager and any other pertinent team members Create Paid Media Strategies for Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Ads Review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by NPA best practices Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with client’s monthly budget pacing Collaborate with Client Services to report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients Communicate directly with clients via email on a regular basis and via call on a quarterly basis Recommend campaigns based on the buyer's journey using audience insights and competitive analysis tools Manage the day-to-day team activities, project management and task prioritization, campaign best practices and tools adoption Prevent client escalations by providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
