Responsibilities Use Boolean search and explore AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify talent aligned with Mastercard’s job openings Build and maintain organized talent pipelines using ATS, CRM, and recruitment marketing platforms Screen and vet potential applicants and provide a best-in-class candidate experience Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns Support talent nurture initiatives and events Contribute to employer branding through social media engagement Follow standardized sourcing processes and ensure accurate documentation in all systems Skills Prior professional experience in talent acquisition or sourcing Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms, ATS, and CRM systems Exposure to AI-powered sourcing tools and automation technologies (e.g., candidate matching, automated outreach) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience using social media for talent engagement Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Fluency in English; experience sourcing across different regions is an advantage Benefits May be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program Company Overview Mastercard is a financial network that processes payments between banks and cardholders.
