Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver teletherapy services to K12 students in the and around Chester, VA. You will manage a virtual caseload, provide direct and indirect services, collaborate with educators and caregivers, and maintain required documentation, all from your own remote work setup. Key Responsibilities • Provide live, synchronous teletherapy (direct services) to assigned students • Plan and deliver indirect services including assessments, progress monitoring, IEP/504 updates, parent/teacher consultations • Maintain timely, accurate documentation (treatment plans, progress notes, reports) • Collaborate virtually with school staff, teachers, parents, and other professionals • Participate in IEP/eligibility meetings as needed via video conference • Adhere to state and local guidelines, compliance, and confidentiality (HIPAA/FERPA) • Maintain ongoing communication with Sunbelts Clinical Support Team Qualifications / Requirements • Valid Virginia SLP license (or eligibility) • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent certification) • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred • Strong comfort level with technology (video conferencing tools, teletherapy platforms, digital collaboration tools) • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and manage virtual caseload • Reliable high-speed internet, computer with webcam, and quiet workspace Preferred / Additional Qualifications • Prior experience with remote therapy / telepractice • Familiarity with virtual assessment tools • Experience collaborating with school districts and educational platforms Hours & Schedule • Flexible; options for full-time (e.g. 3537.5 hours/week) or part-time • Monday through Friday scheduling typical, but may vary based on district needs • Some evening or makeup sessions may be required Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly / daily rate (commensurate with experience) • Weekly direct deposit • Access to Sunbelts clinical support and resources • Mentorship and continuing education support • Contract options with possible benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) • Professional liability / malpractice coverage (if not provided) Why Join Sunbelt for Remote Work? • No commuting fully virtual role • Structured support including a clinical advisory team • Ability to serve students in your licensed state while working from home • Streamlined onboarding and assignment process • Equal opportunity employer we value diversity and inclusive hiring How to Apply Interested candidates should submit: • A current resume / CV • Cover letter stating your interest and relevant experience • Virginia SLP license details (or status) Send application materials to: Sunbelt Staffing Attention: Justin Ellington/ Account Executive Email: [email protected] Phone: (813) 544-4714 Apply tot his job
