[Remote] Sr. Performance Marketing Manager

They are seeking a passionate and data-driven Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to manage B2B clients' paid media accounts, develop data-driven strategies, and optimize campaign performance for lead generation and ROI. Responsibilities • Manage 5-7 B2B clients, running their paid media accounts across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads • Act as the account manager for the clients you manage • Develop and execute data-driven paid search and paid social strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices • Manage campaign budgets, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional results that drive lead generation and ROI • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and stay current on paid media trends and platform updates • Collaborate with clients’ internal teams (creatives, strategists) to ensure seamless campaign execution • Translate client needs into actionable campaign plans, goals, and KPIs • Generate insightful reports and recommendations for clients, keeping them informed of campaign performance • Go beyond top-of-funnel performance to help the client understand the down-funnel impact of the accounts/campaigns you're managing for them Skills • 3+ years of experience working in-house at a B2B tech company managing paid media campaigns • Proven expertise in paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, X Ads, Reddit) advertising • A strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead generation strategies, and the B2B buyer journey • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign optimizations • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to clearly communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients • A passion for staying ahead of the curve on the latest paid media trends and platform updates • The ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations Benefits • 20 days of PTO your first year (25 days after that) • The opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced agency environment. • The chance to work with a diverse range of B2B tech clients. • The ability to make a significant impact on client growth and success.
