[Remote] Talent Acquisition Consultant, Lifestyle Management
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Guidepoint is a leading research enablement platform focused on empowering clients’ decision-making processes. The Recruitment Consultant will provide talent sourcing support for lifestyle and private support roles, particularly for Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants, while meeting specific performance metrics each month. Responsibilities • Candidates Sourced & Outreached: 250 Per Week • LinkedIn InMail Response Rate: 20% • TA Screens Per Week: 20 (30 Minutes Per Interview/10 Hours Per Week) • New Active Candidates Per Week (Post TA Screen): 5 Skills • Proven experience recruiting and building talent pipelines for lifestyle roles including EA's, PA's and other household positions • Confidence in your ability to create sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings • Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across various business functions • Experience passively sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates • Ability to work with a high degree of ambiguity • Previous experience working in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment • Detail-oriented, and effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) Benefits • Annual discretionary bonus based on performance Company Overview • Guidepoint is a leading expert network which connects business decision-makers and researchers with independent subject matter experts It was founded in 2003, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
