[Remote] Training and Implementation Consultant (Parts & Service / Fixed Ops)

Pinewood.AI is looking for highly experienced automotive training and implementation professionals to run Parts & Service deployments as they expand across North America. The role involves delivering end-to-end implementations, designing and delivering training, and ensuring successful adoption of their technology at dealerships, with extensive travel required. Responsibilities • Deliver end-to-end implementations of Pinewood.AI for Parts & Service / Fixed Operations, from discovery and scoping through configuration, training, go-live, and hypercare • Design, adapt, and deliver high-quality training to mixed-ability audiences, from technicians and service advisors to fixed ops directors and general managers, both on-site and remotely • Create and localise training materials for the North American market, tailoring terminology, spelling, examples, and process detail for US users • Configure fixed operations workflows, including service reception, menus and labour pricing, WIP, parts inventory, warranty handling, and reporting • Coach best practices for technician scheduling, parts ordering, ELR improvement, hours sold, and OEM integrations • Deliver business change activities such as stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, and measurement of training effectiveness • Capture lessons learned, contribute to implementation playbooks, and mentor colleagues to raise capability across the team • Collaborate with product, support, and delivery teams to resolve issues, share feedback, and improve the overall rollout process • Travel extensively across North America, approximately 80% of the time, to deliver on-site consultancy and training Skills • Significant aftersales/fixed operations background with strong exposure to service and parts processes • Demonstrable expertise in training, facilitation, and change management for enterprise software, ideally DMS or fixed ops platforms • Experience designing curricula and training assets, including localisation for new markets • Proven ability to manage complex multi-site rollouts and influence senior stakeholders • Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable prioritising across concurrent projects • Familiarity with major dealership management and fixed operations systems such as CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, MyKaarma, or Xtime • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and motivate mixed ability audiences • Confidence in coaching senior leaders and driving operational change • Willing and able to travel extensively across the United States and Canada (around 80%) • Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-changing, startup environment • Drivers Licence • Direct experience of large-scale DMS or service platform implementations • Proven track record of improving implementation or training methodology across a team or organisation • Experience working with fast-growing or international technology companies, especially in startup-style environments • Understanding of how aftersales/fixed operations performance drives overall dealership success Benefits • Generous car allowance • Excellent bonus scheme • Flexible mix of home and office working • 4 weeks PTO • 401k • Excellent health insurance benefits • Regular 1-2-1s and career development opportunities Company Overview • Pinewood.AI is an unparalleled Automotive Intelligence Platform that enables automotive retail customers and OEMs to drive growth and profitability throughout every aspect of their business.
