This program offers full-time job opportunities for candidates who have completed an internship in Technology, focusing on areas such as Mobile App Development, Information Security, and Artificial Intelligence. Responsibilities Provide full-time job opportunities for candidates who have successfully completed at least one internship within the Tech & Operations function at Synchrony Engage in Mobile App Development & Project Management, Information Security Forensics & Incident Management, Innovation & Emerging Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and API Development Participate in Leadership, Experiential, and Technical Training Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Assurance, or Cyber security is preferred — additional technical majors or other relevant majors with technical concentration may be applicable Excellent academic record – Minimum overall 3.0 GPA or higher Participation in a Synchrony Internship (i.e. ETC, DTC, BLP) You must be 18 years or older You must have a high school diploma or equivalent You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
