In this role, the UX Writer will craft copy, collaborate with various teams, and advocate for users while balancing business requirements. Responsibilities • Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems • Working on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education for several projects at once • Converging customer goals, business requirements, and brand values • Boiling down complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy • Collaborating with designers and other writers to uncover and solve UI challenges • Addressing feedback and improving performance of our content Skills • Experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer • Strong background writing for B2B, enterprise, or small-business tools • Proven ability to work within established tone, language, and design systems • Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, marketing, and business partners • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments • Open to iterative feedback, edits, and stakeholder collaboration • Strong problem-solving skills when navigating UI challenges • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Benefits • Subsidized health, vision, and dental plans • Paid sick leave • Retirement plans with a match Company Overview • We supply Fortune500 clients with the best talent on the market!
