Remote Virtual Assistant for US House Cleaning Company
We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company based in the United States looking for a reliable, organized, and English & Spanish - speaking Virtual Assistant from Latin America to join our team full-time. This is a 100% remote position. You will work from home in your country and support our daily operations. Your main responsibilities: • Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and live chat from customers (friendly & professional English required) • Schedule and reschedule cleaning appointments using our software (Jobber or similar) • Follow up with clients after service (reviews, feedback, rescheduling) • Coordinate with our cleaning teams (send schedules, confirm arrivals) • Light bookkeeping: enter payments, send invoices, track overdue accounts • Help with social media posts and replying to comments (Facebook/Instagram) • Other admin tasks as needed Schedule & Hours: • Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST (US Eastern Time) • Occasional Saturday shifts during busy seasons (paid extra or time off in lieu) • 40–45 hours/week Requirements: • Fluent English (written and spoken) – you will speak with US customers daily • Very reliable internet and a quiet place to work • At least 2 years of experience as a VA, customer service rep, or call center agent • Experience with Google Calendar, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, CRM software • Fast learner and extremely organized • Laptop/computer + headset We offer: • $1,000 – $1,400 USD per month (paid every two weeks via Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer) • Performance bonuses possible ($100–$300 extra during busy months) • Long-term, stable position with room to grow and earn raises • All training and tools provided Location: Anywhere in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, etc.) as long as you can work EST hours.
