[Remote] VP, Marketing (Pharmco and HCP)

They are seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Marketing to build and lead the marketing function across digital agency, corporate marketing, and creative services, focusing on innovative digital marketing campaigns and brand awareness. Responsibilities • Drive a continuous improvement and testing culture to maintain competitive advantage • Leverage deep understanding of HCP workflows and personas to create highly targeted, relevant campaigns • Stay at the forefront of AI-enabled marketing innovations that advance client goals and KPIs • Command HubSpot as the central platform for campaign execution, automation, and optimization • Establish KPIs and comprehensive reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness • Provide actionable, real-time campaign feedback through data and insights • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize performance and inform future strategy • Create executive-level reporting that demonstrates value and informs strategic decisions • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations • Maintain the highest standards of data privacy and ethical marketing practices • Build and sustain trust with HCP communities through transparent, compliant marketing approaches • Stay current on evolving regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes proactively • Nurture and grow a high-performing teams through feedback, coaching, mentorship, and professional development • Develop proactive hiring plans to scale team capabilities in alignment with business growth • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning • Drive team engagement and retention with emphasis on strong eNPS scores • Build a diverse, inclusive team that brings varied perspectives to our marketing challenges • Oversee operational excellence in campaign execution and client deliverables • Develop scalable processes that support growth while maintaining quality • Manage relevant client onboarding processes with focus on seamless experience Skills • 12+ years of progressive experience in digital media, healthcare marketing, and/or commercial pharmaceuticals • Experience serving both pharma manufacturers and the HCP ecosystem is required • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Informatics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred) • Deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows and personas • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience interpreting and acting on marketing performance metrics • Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms, marketing automation, and multi-channel campaign orchestration • Understanding of AI applications in marketing and willingness to explore emerging technologies • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels • Strong team-building capabilities with track record of developing talent • Outstanding client-facing skills and ability to build trusted partnerships • Strategic thinker with tactical execution abilities • Data-driven decision maker who balances analytics with creative marketing instincts • Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch • Experience working with/for agencies is strongly preferred • Experience working for an early-stage healthtech is strongly preferred • HubSpot veteran with deep, hands-on platform expertise is highly preferred Benefits • Strong health, vision, dental, and accident insurance for a company of our scale with HSA/FSA options • 401(k) with up to 4% matching (unusual for firms at our stage) • Yearly educational stipends to grow you • Open Paid Time Off we proactively track • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device): We happily include funds with each paycheck to cover any hardware costs you might incur to perform your work and to help with net access.
