[Remote] VP, Product Operations

The Vice President of Product Operations will lead operational excellence across the product organization, focusing on building scalable processes and driving efficiency to maximize value for customers and communities. Responsibilities • Define and implement frameworks for product planning, execution, and performance measurement • Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor product health, delivery timelines, and resource utilization • Drive continuous improvement in our Product Lifecycle Management process, including our New Product Introduction (NPI), release management, and go-to-market readiness • Standardize workflows across Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success • Partner with Product Line Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to align operational priorities with strategic goals • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and roadmap alignment sessions • Develop and maintain systems for portfolio analytics, forecasting, and investment planning • Integrate customer feedback and market intelligence into operational decision making • Build and mentor a high-performing Product Operations team focused on scalability and innovation Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required • 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or related leadership roles within SaaS or technology organizations • Proven ability to implement operational frameworks that improve efficiency and accelerate product delivery • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with expertise in portfolio management • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities • Masters/ Advanced degree in the same discipline • Experience in public safety, emergency response, or mission-critical systems Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life and disability coverage • Paid time off • A 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Flexible spending accounts • Tuition reimbursement • Paid parental leave • Access to a robust library of personal and professional training resources • Employee discounts • Critical illness • Hospital indemnity • Access to legal support • Pet insurance • Identity theft protection • An EAP (Employee Assistance Program) that includes free mental health resources/support Company Overview • Intrado is dedicated to saving lives and protecting communities, with a mission to provide comprehensive support in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from critical events.
