They are seeking a VP of Product to define an AI-forward product vision, drive innovation in clinical decision support, and lead the product management organization to deliver measurable outcomes for payers, providers, and patients. Responsibilities • Define and champion a platform-first, AI-forward product vision that delivers measurable outcomes for payers, providers, and patients. • Drive innovation in clinical decision support, agentic AI orchestration, and interoperability to enable real-time, personalized interventions across UM, CM, and DM workflows. • Build and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap that balances market opportunity, regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2. NIST, etc.), and scalable delivery. • Lead the entire product management organization, including Product Managers, UX/UI, Product Operations, and Analytics. • Ensure product-market fit across all offerings and deliver clear ROI for clients through outcome-driven value propositions. • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence, tracking industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies (LLMs, MCPs, FHIR APIs). • Drive Agile methodologies, ensuring predictable, scalable delivery across clinical, platform, and AI-enabled product lines. • Oversee product operations, including roadmap transparency, backlog prioritization, release planning, and performance metrics. • Ensure effective use of collaboration and governance tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.) to support cross-functional planning, visibility, and continuous improvement. • Partner with engineering leadership to advance technical product management practices, including APIs, data models, interoperability standards, and platform extensibility. • Champion a data-driven approach to product decision-making, leveraging analytics and customer insights to validate outcomes and inform prioritization. • Partner with clinical experts, data science, and AI engineering teams to design clinically safe and explainable AI-powered workflows. • Collaborate with sales and marketing to shape go-to-market strategies, pricing models (PMPM, token-based, usage-based), and product positioning. • Build relationships with key customers, partners (e.g., Availity, FICO, clearinghouses), and industry organizations to inform product strategy. • Work with Security, Compliance, and Privacy teams to ensure all products meet or exceed regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, NIST, FEDRAMP). • Embed controls into onboarding and configuration playbooks and participate in enterprise risk reviews related to data, service reliability, and third-party integrations. • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused product organization. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability, encouraging cross-functional shared ownership across product, engineering, and QA. Skills • 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role (VP/SVP/Head of Product). • Deep expertise in healthcare technology, PHM, or clinical solutions (UM, CM, DM). • Proven track record of launching AI-enabled SaaS products and scaling enterprise-grade platforms. • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, AWS, FHIR interoperability, and healthcare data standards. • Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes (e.g., improved clinical efficiency, reduced bolthires of care, better patient engagement). • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree required. • MBA, MPH, or advanced technical degree preferred. • Experience aligning enterprise platforms with CMS interoperability mandates, designing FHIR API frameworks, and integrating real-time and batch data flows across claims, enrollment, provider, and care domains. • Proficiency in API management, bulk data exchange, and secure payer-to-payer and third-party connectivity. • A strong understanding of regulatory, security, and member data protection requirements—combined with platform expertise in systems like Facets, QNXT, and HealthEdge. • Familiarity with compliance integration into DevSecOps pipelines and third-party data exchange risk assessments.
