The role involves developing comprehensive financial plans and managing multi-asset investment portfolios while building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary advisor to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans and multi-asset investment portfolios • Conduct asset allocation, portfolio reviews, and performance evaluations • Build, retain, and grow long-term client relationships through trust-based advisory services • Identify opportunities to grow assets under management through strategic engagement and referrals • Collaborate with planning and investment teams to integrate analytics, risk insights, and digital portfolio tools • Apply tax, estate, and retirement planning strategies within holistic client solutions Skills • Strong experience in wealth management, private banking, or RIA environments • Proven ability managing significant client assets • Expertise in financial planning, portfolio construction, and client communication • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Familiarity with financial planning software, CRM systems, and investment platforms • Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, CPA, or MBA Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
