Job Overview As a Remote Work From Home Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer information, ensuring completion within timed deadlines, and facilitating the auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer information, ensuring completion within timed deadlines, with a minimum keystroke per hour (KPH) of 6000. Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Carry out duties deemed necessary by Iron Mountain management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other key operating standards, as well as Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, and IM policies and procedures. Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes, inputting data onto SKP or DCS, and verifying customer records using the system. Set up DCS screens, transmit data to customers, and research and resolve system data issues, demonstrating strong technical skills and attention to detail. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will require: Good customer service behaviors, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately and in a timely manner. Preferred Qualifications and Experience While not essential, the following qualifications and experience are preferred: Data entry or administrative assistant experience, with a background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields. Relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
