Research Engagement Coordinator
Job Description: • Must reside within 30 miles of the Irving, TX office for consideration. Note: This role is anticipated to be 100% remote. • Must be able to work one of the following schedules: 8:00am-5:00pm CST 9:00am-6:00pm CST Research Engagement Coordinators deliver world-class service by engaging directly with clients, prospects, and vendors to coordinate requests with Gartner Research and Advisory Experts. Successful Coordinators demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn, supported by high ambition and drive. As a Research Engagement Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between internal/external clients and the Gartner Expert community to help address clients' most pressing technology and business questions. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule research interviews. • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for members and prospective companies regarding research projects. • Ensure the CRM database (Salesforce.com) contains accurate account details, contact information, and notes related to research interview requests. • Provide research support across a variety of projects. • Maintain project dashboards to ensure clear, accurate visibility into project ownership, progress, and next steps.
