Respiratory Therapist, Polysomnographic Technologist
Job Description: • Analyze home sleep test results to identify patterns and abnormalities • Provide equipment recommendations based on sleep test results and physician recommendations • Drive sales of CPAP, BiPAP, and related therapy equipment • Follow up with patients promptly to ensure satisfaction • Perform virtual demonstration and education of respiratory therapy equipment • Train and educate consumers on use of equipment • Keep track of industry news and developments • Provide technical support for PAP patients, referrals, and team members • Maintain good relations with clients and consult with referring physicians • Identify programs or initiatives that potentially could increase company revenues or decrease costs • Coordinate with other departments to minimize delivery expenses Requirements: • Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) and/or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) • 2-3 years of DME experience and/or sleep lab titration experience • Ability to troubleshoot and provide recommendations for appropriate CPAP masks, CPAP and BiPAP equipment • Patient focused approach • Ability to set up and operate devices such as CPAP and BiPAP machines • Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME) specific to Sleep Apnea and CPAP Products • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative cross-functional environment Benefits: • Medical, vision, and dental insurance • 100% of employee medical, vision, and dental premiums covered • Option to participate in medical FSA and dependent care FSA • 401(k) plan with fully matching contributions up to 3% and partial matching from 3% to 5% • Company paid life-insurance policy • Option to participate in voluntary pet-insurance policy • Paid Time Off in accordance with company policies • Commuter benefits for Seattle-based employees Apply tot his job
