About the role: We are looking for a Revenue Data Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team and support data-driven decision-making. This role involves analyzing revenue data, optimizing CRM systems, and developing reports to enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will have a keen analytical mindset, experience working with data visualization tools, and an interest in revenue management. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, data management and process automation. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, a background in ERP and CRM systems, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for strategically evaluating the CRMs functionalities, generating reports, documenting and implementing processes, as well as driving improvements. Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting: • Analyze revenue streams, customer behavior, transaction and usability trends to identify opportunities for growth. • Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key revenue metrics and business performance. • Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits, validation, and cleaning. • Generate ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions and revenue forecasting. Revenue Process Optimization: • Assist in automating workflows and processes related to revenue tracking. • Work with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to enhance data-driven decision-making. • Document revenue-related processes and suggest improvements for better data alignment. Collaboration and Support: • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data insights. • Support end-users with CRM reporting and troubleshooting. • Assist in training teams on data best practices and reporting functionalities. Requirements and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, revenue analytics, or CRM optimization. • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. • Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets • Experience in Salesforce, Metabase, Snowflake, or similar data visualization tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. • Effective communicator, capable of presenting data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently. • Technical aptitude and operational focus, with sound judgment in data-driven decision-making.
