Revenue & Growth Insights Analyst (Part-Time) post

We’re Sunflower Brands — a relationship-driven marketing agency partnering with ambitious, 7-8-figure local and e-commerce businesses. Our job is to help brands grow with confidence by understanding what’s actually working, what isn’t, and why. We’re looking for a data-driven, math-minded analyst with strong economic intuition. We need someone who can translate growth activity into truth and help guide better decisions. This role is 5–10 hours per week to start, with room to grow as the agency scales. ⸻ The Core of This Role (Important) This is not a dashboard-building or report-exporting role. Your job is to: • Make sense of numbers • Surface insights that change decisions • Help us know when to scale confidently and when to be cautious If a dashboard comes from that, great, but clarity comes first. Who You Are You’re likely a great fit if you: • Are strong with numbers and patterns • Have economic intuition and business sense • Can connect marketing activity to how customers actually buy, return, and stay • Are a self-starter who asks the right questions • Care deeply about accuracy and meaning • Are comfortable working with real-world, imperfect small-business data ⸻ Experience That Helps (but isn’t the point) • Experience tying ad spend to customer behavior and revenue • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms • Experience across multiple businesses or accounts Bonus (not required): • Subscription or repeat-purchase businesses • Understanding CAC, LTV, churn, cohorts, retention Tools are secondary.
