About the Role We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager with deep expertise in Salesforce administration and marketing analytics to join our growing team. This strategic role will drive operational excellence across sales, marketing, and customer success by optimizing the tools, data, and processes that power our go-to-market engine.You will be a critical partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, helping align teams around the right metrics, surface actionable insights, and streamline end-to-end funnel operations. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Ownership Optimization Administer and optimize our Salesforce CRM instance, including workflows, dashboards, user management, and reporting. Ensure data integrity, lead routing, opportunity tracking, and sales pipeline visibility. Partner with Sales to enhance Salesforce usability and adoption across the GTM team. Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.). Marketing Analytics Operations Build and maintain marketing attribution models and dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI. Develop and manage lead lifecycle reporting, MQL/SQL conversion funnels, and marketing-to-sales handoff metrics. Analyze performance across paid, organic, email, and event channels to identify optimization opportunities. Support A/B testing frameworks and performance tracking for campaigns and landing pages. RevOps Strategy Enablement Own the revenue tech stack and evaluate tools to improve GTM performance. Develop scalable processes for lead management, territory planning, and forecasting. Provide actionable insights through recurring dashboards and ad hoc analysis for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Partner with GTM leadership on quarterly planning, goal setting, and board-level reporting. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin-level or higher) . Proficiency in marketing attribution tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar). Experience with BI/analytics platforms (Google Data Studio, Mixpanel, and/or Analytics). Proven track record of improving funnel visibility, lead conversion, and campaign performance through data. Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bonus: Experience with CPQ, customer lifecycle reporting, or revenue forecasting tools.
