As a Revenue Operations Manager you will be part of the team of integrations. Your challenge at Yuno Build and implement core Revenue Operations processes, tools, and frameworks from the ground up, ensuring they scale with growth. Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align the full revenue funnel — handoffs, KPIs, and data governance. Create dashboards, reporting routines, and performance metrics to drive visibility and decision-making. Own our commercial tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong), ensuring setup, integration, and adoption. Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory planning, and quota-setting with leadership. Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing RevOps team. Set up scalable onboarding, enablement, and change management processes in partnership with Enablement and People. Spot and solve bottlenecks across the revenue journey with urgency and structure. Work closely with CRO, GTM leads, and founders to evolve our revenue engine. Skills you need Minimum Qualifications Fluent in English is mandatory, Portuguese or Spanish Advanced is a huge plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales operations or operational support roles, preferably within a sales environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) and design tools (e.g., Canva) to create professional sales materials. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and support. Familiarity with the Latin America market and cultural nuances.
