Revenue Operations (RevOps) Coordinator
Are you a HubSpot power user who loves turning messy data into streamlined workflows? Our client is looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our talented team! In this role, you will be embedded with our client in the education sector to bridge the gap between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You aren't just managing a CRM; you are building the infrastructure that allows a business to scale. Are You Our Next A-Player? We seek candidates who are analytical, proactive, and coachable. To be successful, you need: 3+ years of deep HubSpot experience (specifically building complex workflows and custom reports). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas are second nature to you). Project Management Proficiency: Experience using tools like ClickUp to stay organized. Operational Intuition: The ability to translate raw data into actionable business improvements. Communication: Superb written and spoken English (we value authentic communication unassisted by AI). Role Logistics Location: 100% Remote. Schedule: 40 hours per week (must be available within 6 AM – 6 PM EST). Compensation: $4,000 per month (range +/- $750 depending on proven expertise).
