What You'll Do As a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of experts who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Administering inbound calls while engaging and communicating with entrepreneurs and executives, gathering information about their needs and suggesting the right blithequark products and services. Providing elevated levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and different components of blithequark's products and services. Continuously developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing sales. Providing exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a high-speed, organized client care environment. Archiving fundamental record data according to established procedures and protocols. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional client care and support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and online chat. Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs and preferences. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services, including their features, benefits, and different components. Continuously developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing sales. Providing feedback and suggestions for improving client care and support processes. Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you'll need: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service. At least two years of experience in a customer service and sales environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. A deep understanding of customer service principles and practices, including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving. The ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate online systems. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Experience working in a customer service and sales environment, with a proven track record of success. Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, including their features, benefits, and different components. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other online systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
