Assist with coordinating incoming and outgoing billing requests, ensuring timely sorting, facilitating responses, and follow-ups. Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations, handling a minimum of 70 accounts per day. Team Collaboration and Support: Participate in regular team meetings via video or teleconference, fostering open communication and collaboration with colleagues.
