About the Role As a Digital Media Client Services Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing. You will be responsible for leading a team of client services professionals, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Your expertise in digital media, video advertising, and campaign execution will be essential in driving revenue growth and delivering high-quality experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of client services professionals in supporting assigned sales reps and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing Develop and execute effective media plans that drive revenue growth Allocate team responsibilities while contributing to and aiding the effort of the executives Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including stock gauging, media plan creation, order entry, dealing, streamlining, reporting, and invoicing Ensure the Record Administrator is fully prepared on campaign execution and able to address all related questions Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding stock, promotion items, or campaigns Assist Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking Investigate and resolve promotion delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Promotion Stages support Test potential promotion tech merchant integrations and provide input on contract discussions Ideate, execute, audit, and advance operational cycles that drive quality and efficiency Analyze usage and execution of digital stock to develop systems and products that boost revenue yield Maintain, tutor, and develop ability, including training future recruits Develop and update internal documentation to explain processes and best practices Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a local center of excellence for different offices across EMEA Stay up-to-date with TWDC's promotion tech stack and system, and follow industry developments Experience We Expect From You: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following experience and skills: Graduate level or equivalent experience 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in promotion tech Group management insight Mastery in defining and advancing cycles Proficiency in determining, planning, dealing, and managing promotion lobbies for show and video across websites, applications, social platforms, and associated television conditions Shown capacity in enacting efforts, creating precise and applicable experiences, and enhancing execution Solid understanding of automated promoting, advances that power it, and key sellers in the space Awareness of general information security and protection prerequisites connected with advanced publicizing Ability to address the organization in outside gatherings and occasions Media or diversion brand experience is helpful, as is knowledge of the cycles and strategies of a global partnership Essential ability together and promote the executive's frameworks (eg: Google Promotion Chief), promotion server frameworks (eg: DV360), and the management of Inventive Labels and Following to help and lead the delegated group Knowledge of Immense actuation for digital campaigns and related necessities Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Exceptionally energetic and driven issue solver Extraordinary tender loving care, hierarchical abilities, and capacity to at the same time actually focus on and balance various tasks Scientific; ready to survey, evaluate, and plan in view of the outcomes Ready to step back and check out situations at a full-scale level, tackling the prompt test and giving long-haul arrangements Regular group pioneer and educator, ready to cultivate a positive, comprehensive culture Propelled to show others how it's done and consider others responsible for elevated requirements Open to working freely or cooperatively with reports, friends, and senior leaders Income disapproved, however not to the detriment of our kin Continuously centered around our visitors and focusing on the client experience Certain communicator with great show abilities, ready to talk for the benefit of the group inside and remotely Eager to work in a worldwide association with partners across the world Capacity to explore the advanced publicizing industry and keep up with associations with distributors, telecasters, offices, promoters, and tech sellers Top-to-bottom comprehension of advanced media and the promoting business, especially video and inside EMEA IT smart across center business applications and remote working instruments (Standpoint, Succeed, PowerPoint, Slack, Zoom) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development.
