What You'll Do as a Customer Care Associate As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the package delivery process. Your daily responsibilities will include: Talking with customers about package delivery, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth delivery. Documenting the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary. Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business. What You'll Need to Succeed To excel as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need: The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call.
