Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses Assist customers with their queries and concerns in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner Work collaboratively with clients to resolve issues and provide solutions Meet or exceed performance metrics and client expectations Stay up-to-date with client products and services to provide accurate information and support Schedule and Flexibility: We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, and we're committed to providing flexible work arrangements that suit your needs. As a part-time freelance customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours. Earnings and Revenue: As a freelance customer service representative, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with and your performance metrics. Our competitive rates typically range from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting or exceeding client and performance metrics. You'll have the opportunity to earn a steady income while working on a part-time basis, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule. Required Skills and Qualifications: Essential Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Knowledge of customer service software and tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Technology and Equipment Requirements: To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements: Quiet and secure work environment during working hours Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS) Work Environment Requirements: To ensure you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll need to meet the following work environment requirements: Quiet, uninterrupted space Organized desk area Important Information: Please note that we're unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. We're able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico. Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. Arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
