Sales Admin / Customer Service
Leading distribution and manufacturing company looking for experienced Sales Admin Professional / Customer Service Representative to join our team at corporate office in the Mid-Wilshire area. Job Responsibilities include Provide general customer service as necessary Process orders in warehouse management system and/or EDI Review and analyze on hand inventory levels Track and manage workorders and orders to ship Coordinate projects between different departments Prepare quotes and obtain customer's purchase orders Other related assignments as required Skills and experience Experience with Excel a must (intermediate user) Ability to communicate shipping requirements to transportation team Communication skills in both email and by phone; Customer service experience in distribution or manufacturing is preferred; Use of warehouse or business computer systems Manufacturing or Distribution background a Plus; ' Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance Work Location: In person Apply tot his job
