Join Our Real Estate Team We are seeking a Sales Agent to help our real estate company acquire investment properties in Oklahoma County and Tulsa County. You will use your negotiation skills and people-savvy to connect with homeowners, present compelling offers, and guide them through a seamless process—all while enjoying unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities ● Lead Management: Manage and nurture a database of seller leads. ● Qualify Opportunities: Quickly gauge motivation and identify ideal deals. ● Build Rapport & Trust: Communicate effectively to understand seller needs and craft win-win solutions. ● Property Visits (when necessary): Assess condition, take photos, and gather key information. ● Pricing & Analysis: Evaluate market data to determine competitive purchase offers. ● Negotiate & Close: Overcome objections, negotiate purchase contracts, and guide deals to the finish line. ● Record-Keeping: Log all sales activities and interactions in our CRM. Qualifications ● Required: Completion of Job Fit Assessment (see link below). ● Sales Focused: Strong negotiation and closing abilities. ● Communication Skills: Exceptional phone demeanor and ability to build trust quickly. ● Attention to Detail: Capable of effectively nurturing leads over time. ● Problem-Solving: Adept at creating win/win solutions for both sellers and the company. ● (Preferred) Light construction knowledge or real estate background. ● (Bonus) Real Estate License or relevant real estate experience.
