Sales Chat Assistant for Language Learning Platform - Contract to Hire

We’re looking for a chat-based sales specialist for our online coaching programs. You should be available in the morning two hours and two hours afternoon Korean Time. If you're friendly, organized, and love helping people succeed in learning a language, this is for you. ### Tasks Include: - Chatting with potential students in DMs or email (only written, no phone) - Guiding them toward the right coaching program based on their goals - Sending and reviewing short **speaking assessments** - Following up with leads or students who haven’t responded • *Expectations:** - You’ll follow our structured sales process and participate in a brief onboarding session where we’ll walk you through our messaging flow and how we introduce the speaking test. - We will do a **daily review of your interactions with students**, including your sales script usage and message flow. This is not to micromanage—it’s to help you improve, spot patterns, and increase your performance quickly. - You’ll get feedback on how to better guide conversations and handle objections effectively. - Weekly meeting via zoom (30-40 minutes to improve your performance) - Professional attitude, attention to details. This can be a full-time job - Stable internet connection - Upfront and clear communication - Available a few hours per day from monday to Friday and ideally Saturday Or Sunday too during working hours in Korea (7am to 6pm). Your job is to help our current sales team when they are not available during those hours. --- ### ‍ Ideal Candidate: - **Fluent in English and ideally in French OR Spanish** (B2+ OK) - Solid written English (our team works in English) - Experience teaching/tutoring or working with language learners is a plus. - Organized, responsive, and good at managing multiple conversations - Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, GHL (go high level but training available if you are not familiar with), Slack --- ### ⏱ Project Details: - **15–20 hours/week** to start and full-time after a few months. Available a few hours over the weekend is a plus. - Flexible hours — ideal if you're in Asia - **$7–$12/hour**, depending on experience and region.
