The role involves cold calling, managing accounts, and collaborating with team members to improve sales strategies. Responsibilities Raises awareness and generates interest in Atlantic, Tomorrow's Office through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers Schedules initial discovery calls for Account Managers Meets or exceeds assigned daily activity minimums of 100 cold calls and 50 emails Social sells and prospects daily, continuously identifying new accounts and potential clients Manages own book of accounts and sets the strategy for effective book management Provides constructive feedback on improving effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement Collaborates with team members to share and learn from best practices Maintains records on the companies CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and keeps up to date metrics Skills Located within commutable distance of our Bloomfield, NJ office Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience needed A strong interest in sales is essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Your work ethic is unmatched; you're eager to learn and tackle challenges with determination Extremely coachable with a willingness to receive and implement feedback Company Overview Atlantic is an Office Technology and IT Solutions company providing horizontal niche market services to small and large corporations in the New York City metropolitan area, and the Greater Philadelphia and Delaware Valley.
