Stannp is looking to build on these achievements by scaling our sales operations further. The business is generating strong revenue with healthy margins and looks to reinvest in expanding our sales team and market reach. In pursuance of these ambitious scaling plans, the North American market represents our biggest opportunity, and hence the group is looking to hire a Sales Development Representative to drive this growth agenda. Job purpose As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, Identifying and qualifying businesses that can benefit from Stannp's direct mail platform. Working with both inbound leads (demo requests, new sign-up, content engagement) and self-generated outbound prospects, you'll educate potential customers and schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. About the team Our sales team is responsible for supporting customers at all stages in their journey with Stannp, but this role primarily focus is on new customer acquisition. Doing the right thing by our customers is paramount to both our customers’ and Stannp’s success. This role will work closely alongside our sales and marketing teams, reporting into the US Director of Sales. Key responsibilities • This role’s primary focus is following up on both inbound, and to generate new leads through outbound outreach initiatives with the goal of driving sales qualified leads for the sales team (Meeting & Demonstrations) • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in HubSpot • Be open to giving and receiving feedback and guidance to help develop your role and Stannp’s SDR strategy. • Manage customer engagements, being decisive, bold and adaptable in your approach and style to suit the situation. • Collaborate with colleagues across Stannp providing market feedback; including Marketing and Product teams • Provide feedback to help sales leadership shape and execute industry aligned go-to market plans • Confidently tell the Stannp story, deeply understand the Stannp solution, proposition differentiators, and maintain market and vertical knowledge. Requirements • Confident communicator, comfortable delivering value through your engagements helping and educating prospects through their buying journey • Your opportunities are driven from curiosity and include business insight with a desire to generate customer engagement • You build rapport readily and easily with customers • You use insight to create questions to uncover customer needs and apply an active listening model • You’re curious to uncover our customers strategic goals, challenges and KPIs and have a solid understanding of how our solution can positively impact the customer. • You’re eager to learn and develop and enjoy working as part of a team • You’re highly motivated and target driven • You’re resilient and have a data driven approach to structuring your daily activity • Proven experience of Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo • 1-2 years in SDR/BDR role (or entry-level with demonstrated sales aptitude) • Strong phone presence and written communication skills • Track record of meeting/exceeding quota Key performance metrics • Delivery of sales qualified opportunities: 30 qualified meetings (20 discovery calls & 10 product demos) per week • To drive quality leads – New Customer Acquisition Target: $150k per month Salary & Benefits • Base Salary $45,000 OTE $58,500 • 401k match • Health care reimbursment • Monthly commission - Based on meetings scheduled, SQL quality, and pipeline contribution Apply tot his job
