About This Role We're looking for individuals who are driven, affable, coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed expectations and advance their career in B2B software sales. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Junior Account Executive (AE), you will be responsible for discovering, developing, and delivering qualified prospects to the sales team to build our pipeline and contribute to revenue growth. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact and be rewarded accordingly (i.e., base salary + bonus + equity). Responsibilities • Become an expert in Gain Life's platform and be able to articulate our value proposition • Produce creative strategies for educating and engaging decision-makers at target accounts • Generate new business opportunities by finding and qualifying leads through research, email, cold phone calls, re-engaging existing contacts, and inbound leads • Manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM tools • Partner with the sales team to analyze performance and optimize your outreach efforts • Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc. • Exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and pipeline metrics to achieve sales goals • Build sales pipeline reports • Take initiative to drive process improvements as part of a nimble team • Learn about and contribute in other ways to our fast-growing business Qualifications • Desire to work hard, exceed expectations, and outperform your quotas • Passion to learn and grow in a startup environment • Proven track record of success based on self-motivation and exceptional drive • Strong relationship building skills (aka: you're a good person who cares about others) • Self-starter, not afraid to ask for help • Coachable • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work • Bachelor's degree; or 1-2 years experience as a SDR, strategic sales associate, or similar role • Bonus points for: experience working in SaaS, having an entrepreneurial bent, CRM or sales execution tool familiarity (e.g., Apollo), and passion for helping others To Apply Please email info at gainlife dot com, letting us know why you believe you'd be a great fit for this opportunity.
